Principal responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engneers and developers specialized in Python, K8S, tooling automation and DevOps engineing. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensureing they meet quality standards and budget timeline requirement, manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed, and timely escalate major project risks issues to senior managers.Manage expecations and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ensure the solution is reviewed and approved in the required governance forums, esnure FSA alignment is reviewed and embeded in the solution design. Ensure high availability, scalability, resiliency and security of service delivered by the team. Provide technical guidance and support to the team, ensure best practices in coding, testing and deployment are followed.Lead the development and integration of AI models and algorithms into the a newly setup AI service, ensure the ethical use of AI and compliance with relevant regulations. Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team remains competive and innovative.
