About the Role
Act as a CoE expert as well as a talent development business partner to architect and drive enterprise-wide talent development strategies and programs that elevate organisational capabilities, accelerate leadership readiness, and enable the achievement of AIA China’s strategic business objectives through structured competency frameworks, transformative & innovative learning curriculums, and effective implementations.Roles and Responsibilities:
Take lead of building competence model by taking traits and competence into consideration, engage key stakeholders (China TM/OD, HRBPs and key business line managers) to embed the competence model in different talent scenarios
Take the lead of overall curriculum design based on competence model by different personas, to enable the holistic impact for AIA China by achieving business strategic goal and nurturing talents
As a senior project manager, take the ownership role for overall future capability program success criteria design, framework design, learning journey and learning content design, and be responsible for end to end program delivery with the support from junior program manager
Act as CHO learning business partner, define what does success look like; define annual CHO common learning needs and craft learning solutions, meanwhile, deep dive and craft learning solutions for critical function learning needs by collaborating with TM (OPR cycle), HRBPs and business leader
Play as a Change Engine, collaborate with Group and China OD/TD team, design and deploy the capability transformation strategy that supports organisation transformation in China. Drive, design and facilitate transformational-leadership programs, strategic workforce upskill/reskill programs, data & digital capability building programs, sustainability programs and etc.
Stay abreast of best practices and industry trends impacting TD and implement innovative programs to best meet business needs, design and rollout TD initiatives/programs across China.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Master or Bachelor’s degree in MKT/ Psychology/ Business Administration/Insurance/ Human Resources preferred
10 years and above of proven organization development/talent management/ experience working closely with senior leadership team
Proven experience on facilitating change with strong Project Management skills and seasoned coaching / facilitating skills
Consulting firm experience preferred
Passionate on talent development, fast learner and innovative creator
Strong in problem solving and structured thinking
Strategic and systematic thinker with strong business acumen, capable of translating business goals to organization and talent development strategies and applications
Possesses strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
A results-driven self-starter who will work with a sense of urgency
Fluent in both Mandarin and English
