This position will be responsible for ensuring continued organizational readiness and compliance to State drug price reporting requirements and the Inflation Reduction Act. This position is located in Titusville, NJ and will support the Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine product portfolio. The Strategic Customer Group is responsible for the development and execution of strategies that ensure access and seek reimbursement for the Janssen portfolio. Key stakeholders include health plans, health systems, hospital and physician group purchasing organizations, specialty pharmacy providers, pharmacy benefit managers, wholesalers, retailers, federal and state government health care providers and national and regional advocacy organizations. Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicine **Responsibilities include:** + Partner with SCG, Finance, Government Contracting & Health Policy teams to ensure compliance to State drug price transparency requirements. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop action plans to comply with state requirements and plan for new state drug price reporting requirements. + Lead development and management of project plan and processes for IRA drug price negotiations to ensure all cross-functional activities and workstreams are on track. + Monitor IRA reporting and compliance requirements and collaborate with internal teams and mobilize to ensure compliance. + Identify and integrate best practices into workflows and playbooks to meet current and future needs of government program initiatives, boosting efficiency and driving greater impact. + Develop and maintain expertise on State drug price reporting and the IRA to infuse learnings into the organization. + Collaborate with Emerging Government Program team members to develop business plans and provide leadership updates on State drug price reporting and the IRA. + Collaborate with SCG and US Policy team on emerging drug price policy planning, recommendation development and leadership updates. **Qualifications:** **Education:** + Bachelor’s Degree required. Advanced Degree or MBA preferred. **Experience and Skills:** Required + Seven years of work experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry required. + Strong project management skills and analytical capabilities. + A strong communicator and collaborator, comfortable working in a matrix environment. Preferred + Strong understanding of the U.S. Market Access environment and reimbursement. + Experience and/or understanding of drug pricing, government reporting, and/or health policy + Ability to effectively operate and lead in a matrix environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Scientific, Government Affairs & Policy teams. + Ability to manage multiple workstreams towards clear milestones and a common action plan. + Intellectual curiosity to learn more about the evolving health care and policy landscape and ability to leverage insights to anticipate and prepare for the future. + Comfort with ambiguity and shaping new ways of working. + Demonstrated high-level of integrity and J&J Credo mindset.
