Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicine **Purpose:** The **Associate** **Director, Speaker Bureau Operations** manages all operational aspects of the Professional Education solution across J&J Innovative Medicine. This role will manage the selected supplier to ensure service levels are maintained, key processes are optimized and improvements are prioritized. The person in this role will work across the Professional Education leads in various Therapeutic Areas to identify key initiatives to support their portfolios, with focus on launches. This role will also partner closely with Healthcare Compliance, JJT and Strategy Analytics and Transformation partners to drive improvements and ensure operational effectiveness. This position will report to **Director, CRM and OmniChannel Optimization** . **Main Responsibilities:** + Operational lead in Speaker Program / Professional Education channel under the OminChannel umbrella. Responsible for gathering requirements and implementing/refining capabilities. + Lead in management of selected supplier for Speaker Program management across various therapeutic areas. Ensure service levels are met and key projects are implemented in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. Develop and maintain relationships with supplier partners to achieve results. + Partner with brand teams and field sales leadership to ensure field sales adoption and optimal accuracy to meet compliance requirements. Deploy a variety of tactics to drive user satisfaction. + Manage documents that span therapeutic areas, working through copy review and approval processes to ensure compliant and accurate content is delivered. + Lead development of integrations and reporting to maximize access to data from this critical channel. + Lead solutions to improve data quality for program attendance. Propose and execute processes to pull through impact of program attendance and identify channel preferences. + Identify areas of improvement to capabilities and processes, and seek innovative and strategic ways to optimize the professional education channel. **Additional Duties & Responsibilities:** + Partner with CRM Training team and SL&D to support end-user Change Management for identified solutions across this and other CRM/Omni solutions. + Liaison with partners across Strategy Analytics & Transformation to ensure effective implementation of CRM/Omni capabilities where there is impact to other tools or data/reporting platforms (e.g. Wizard, CDP, Totality, etc.) + Manage partnership with IT counterparts to ensure timely delivery of system changes with high attention to quality and user experience. Perform and oversee testing to ensure successful launch of capabilities. + Participate in JET programs outside of the Professional Education channel on an ad hoc basis. **Qualifications / Requirements:** **Education:** + BS Degree required **Required:** + At least 10 years of pharmaceutical industry experience is required + Experience with CRM, Sales Operations and Professional education solutions is required + Deep knowledge of Professional / Peer-to-Peer Education processes is required + Experience in managing data and reporting requirements + Experience gathering requirements from user communities and translating to solutions + Expertise in designing and delivering training and change management to drive adoption with new solutions + Ability to learn and apply industry trends/domains and end user needs + Demonstrated ability to influence in a large and matrixed organization required + Experience in managing a backlog/release plan, assigning priority and executing with high quality and efficiency + Excellent communication and training skills required **Other:** + This position is in Titusville, NJ, and follows a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days remotely per week. + The position will require minimal domestic travel on an ad hoc basis The anticipated base pay range for this position is $120,000 to $207,000. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
