Principal responsibilities

DevSecOps IT Governance Leadership:

Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring.Oversee IT governance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, security standards, and risk management frameworks.

Develop and enforce best practices for operational excellence, system reliability, and quality

Agile Delivery Scrum Master Responsibilities:

Act as Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives).Remove impediments to team progress and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Coach team members on Agile principles and DevOps best practices to maximize performance and delivery quality.

Stakeholder Management Collaboration:

Serve as the primary point of contact for HASE IT regarding DevOps and IT governance initiatives.Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, operations, and Global teams.

Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes, increase automation, and enhance service quality.
