Principal responsibilities

Lead and mentor several software engineering teams, providing guidance and support.Oversee the end-to-end delivery of 1-2 major products, ensuring quality and timely releases.Collaborate with product management, architecture, and other stakeholders to define and execute product roadmaps.Drive best practices in software development, testing, and deployment.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance.Manage resource allocation, team development, and performance reviews.Ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with relevant standards.
