What is the opportunity?

As a Senior Software Development lead for QTS, you will lead technical teams in developing, supporting and integrating both external vendor products as well as internal applications/platforms.  Partner closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high performance technology solutions that drive growth, enhance client experience and boost efficiency. 

We’re seeking a dynamic leader with a strong sense of ownership and urgency who thrives in ambiguity and has excellent technical acumen.  Manage Development teams (Agile), ensuring projects/programs meet quality, budget and regulatory standards while fostering a culture of innovation, open communication and continuous learning and improvement.

What will you do?

Ensuring high standards and quality of technical work. Directing reviews of tools and technologies to ensure technology currency, improving performance, reducing costs and time to market

Defining strategies and delivering solutions to support client needs using the latest technologies and development practices in support of business capabilities and outcomes

 Leading and managing high performing teams, building engineering capability within the team through employee hires, contractors and a strong focus on retaining top talent and developing employee skills and future technical leaders

Contributing to Architecture and design work and developing code structures that align to approved Architectures

You will actively seek out knowledge about new technologies and how they can be used to solve current and foreseeable challenges

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent Nice-to-have

Experience with React, .NET, ETL(SSIS) & Reporting (SSRS)

Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and designing database schemas

Good understanding of OOD principles and ability to write clear, maintainable code.

Leadership in DevOps, CI/CD
