Chewy is seeking an Associate Director, Instock Management to join our Supply Chain Team based in Bellevue, WA. The Associate Director will lead a high-performing team of 3- 5 while being responsible all aspects of inventory management including (but not limited to): in stock strategy, inventory performance, vendor improvement, key supply chain initiatives and internal cross-functional partnerships. What You’ll Do:
Manage all aspects of supply planning and inventory managementManage direct and indirect reports as well as aspects of hiring and recruitingManage a team of 3-5 Instock ManagersManage both National Brands and Private LabelWork with Merchandising, Operations, Finance, Vendor Compliance, EDI, Demand Planning and Supply Planning teams to identify areas of opportunity to improve total supply chain performanceIdentify, marshal, and organize resources to meet required goalsCoordinate with cross-functional teams to develop consensus process/project plansWhat You’ll Need:
BS/BA in Supply Chain, Business Administration or Business ManagementMBA preferred5+ years of supply planning experienceCurrent managerial responsibility of a team of 3+Ability to collaborate with cross functional stake holders, influence decisions, and recommend a course of action based on data analyticsAbility to think creatively and build innovative solutions to complex challengesAbility to drive process improvement with a focus on automation and continuous improvementAbility to operate and scale in a growing, fast-paced, and dynamic environmentSuperior organizational, self-motivation and problem-solving skillsStrong knowledge in purchasing, forecasting and inventory management systemsProven record of building teams, developing solutions, and delivering resultsPrevious demand planning, supply planning, inventory management is a requirementPrivate Label experience a plusAdvanced technical skills with MS Excel, SQL and/or Tableau skills preferredPosition may require some travel
The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.

Exempt salary team members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval. Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
Base Salary Range$149,000—$245,000 USDChewy is an equal opportunity employer.
