Responsibilities:
+ Together with BUH leading the assigned sub-team to achieve targeted financial budgetActively perform to engage and promote strong relationship with vendors/carriers Ensure top client's retention at min 95%
+ Assisting the supervisor to maintain established cost and quality standards, attain projected revenue and profits levels, achieve client satisfaction goals
+ Managing the delivery of client consultancy and after-sales services, and have good account management relationship;
+ Working with the supervisor to develop a business plan, execute and monitor performance. Ensuring the achievement of all agreed plans, budgets and objectives
+ Establishing a positive employee value proposition and assist supervisor and HR in HR operations to ensure staff are selected, trained, counseled and rewarded to maintain performance standards.
+ Leading and managing the sub-team with strong organizational, time management, negotiation, communication and have a willingness to become immersed in work;
+ Support Wellbeing advisory capabilities and revenue stream
+ Enhance the connection and engagement within the team
+ Undertaking other tasks as might be delegated by the Board of Directors of Aon Vietnam.
Skills and experience that will lead to success.
+ At least 5 years of experienced in insurance industry and team management
+ Graduation from insurance faculty is an advantage
+ Skillful at client facing, sale, customer services
+ Strong negotiation & communication skills
+ Coaching & team leading skills
