Associate Director, Gould Negotiation and Mediation Program
ONE-YEAR FIXED-TERM POSITION, with the possibility of renewal.
This is a part-time position (22 hours a week) managing the Gould Negotiation and Mediation Program at Stanford Law School. This position will be supervised by the Director of the Martin Daniel Gould Center for Conflict Resolution. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop Negotiation and Mediation Program Initiatives:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and minimum three years of relevant experience or a combination of education, training, and relevant experience. An advanced degree is required (Juris Doctor highly preferred).
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to develop program partnerships. Excellent oral, written, and analytical skills, exhibiting fluency in area of specialization. Ability to oversee and direct staff.Helpful information you should know:
Considerable time is spent at a desk using a computer terminal. May be required to travel to other buildings on the campus. Will need to talk on the phone or videoconference with clients, mentors, etc. Work on evenings or weekends may be required.You can succeed in this role by having:

The expected pay range for this position is $68,640 to $80,765.85 per annum.Stanford University provides pay ranges representing its good faith estimate of what the university reasonably expects to pay for a position.
