Associate Director, Global Wellbeing Leader - Hybrid

Job Description

As the leader of a Global Wellbeing Account, you will lead the strategic development and delivery of a psychological health and wellbeing program for a single client. You’ll apply your knowledge and experience of working in the Trust & Society or content moderation industry to lead a global team and deliver a white-glove service to our client.

In this role your focus will be strategy, ensuring that wellbeing operations across departments are aligned to deliver a robust program, embedding effective strategies that raise awareness, educate and drive employee wellness, for the purpose of reducing risk and protecting the health of employees undertaking sensitive content review. You’ll be an agile team player and can effectively collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Role responsibilities

Develop and deliver a global wellbeing strategy, leading multiple initiatives and core programming and maintaining alignment across geographiesWork with key client stakeholders to drive mental health and wellbeing initiatives, and focus on increasing resiliency and reducing risks in the Content Moderation spaceProject manage global initiatives, ensuring internal stakeholders are aware of ongoing developments and that all team members have access to a standard mental health frameworkLaunch new programs, initiatives, and projects across multiple sites, ensuring consideration is given to culture-specific nuances and requirementsBuild strong relationships and serve as primary liaison for the client's wellbeing leaders and key stakeholdersGuarantee alignment of wellbeing initiatives and compliance with our contractual obligations to the clientRegularly assess and review wellbeing programs to ensure compliance and maintain quality controlAnalyze data to draw insights that are valuable to internal and external stakeholders, and use that insight to focus program operations and service deliveryRepresent Concentrix at client meetings and industry events, showcasing our game changing insight, innovation and collaboration opportunitiesDevelop strategic plans for the account, and motivate the team to achieve goals and objectives with maximum impactIdentify opportunities for innovation and growth, and collaborate with account managers to drive expansion

Minimum qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Resources Management or other related fields10+ years managing employee health and wellbeing programs for large and diverse teams in a corporate environmentExtensive experience in a client-facing or customer success role, supporting business strategy and commercial growth for multi-national companies or brandsStrong project management and problem-solving skillsTechnical knowledge of health and wellness benefitsPrevious experience managing a diverse distributed teamExcellent communication and client management skills and presentation abilitiesStrong organizational and analytical skillsAbility to be flexible, working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

Desired qualifications

Masters degree or specialization in Clinical Psychology or Industrial/Organizational PsychologyExperience managing wellness for Trust & Safety or Content Moderation teamsExperience with end-to-end BPO Operations and industry’s best practices
