Associate Director, Global Strategy at a Glance….
The Kraft Heinz Strategy team is embarking on our next, exciting chapter, and we seek an Associate Director of Strategy to champion our enterprise growth plans. This role will be responsible for defining near-term strategic priorities and aligning resources and people to deliver these priorities. The primary focus of this role will be to deliver the One & Three-Year Growth Plan and lead the in-year strategy prioritization process to make sure our resources are deployed to deliver growth.

Strategic Planning: Develop and lead the execution of Kraft Heinz's long-term growth plans, aligning resources and people to deliver strategic plans. Strategy to Action: Develop and lead Strategy to action work-flow to translate annual strategic plans into concrete actions and ultimately drive collaboration and accountability Executive Dashboard: Publish monthly document that democratizes leading and lagging KPIs that ladder up to most critical OKRs from annual strategic plan Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including Business Presidents, Functional Leaders, and Global Leaders, to integrate inputs and ensure coherence and synergy in the strategic planning process. Market Analysis and Insights: Monitor and analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitive activities to identify opportunities, threats, and emerging risks. Prioritization and Resource Allocation: Lead the in-year prioritization process, conducting quarterly planning exercises to align in-year spend with stated priorities and distorting resources to most critical actions to deliver in-year targets. Stakeholder Management: Prepare and present strategic plans and updates to senior leaders, stakeholders, and the Board of Directors, ensuring effective communication and alignment. Special Projects: Sponsor special projects as required on a variety of potential topics, such as market assessments, new business opportunities, and strategic initiatives.

8+ years of experience in strategy development, management consulting, or a related field Proven track record of driving business growth and leading cross-functional teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior leaders, stakeholders, and team members Strong business acumen and understanding of the food and beverage industry Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Requirements:

MBA or advanced degree in a related field (e.g., business, economics, finance) Experience working in a matrix organization and leading cross-functional teams Familiarity with strategy development and planning processes Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) Strong understanding of market trends, industry developments, and competitive activities in the food and beverage industry

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$159,400.00 – $199,200.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
