This role is part of the Global Corporate Partnerships team, which leads on the IRC's engagement with corporations and corporate foundations across key global sectors such as financial services, healthcare, consumer goods, and technology. The ideal candidate is a global relationship and/or sales manager, with a track record of personally prospecting, cultivating, and closing 6 and 7-figure corporate partnerships in support of humanitarian and development work. They will have experience establishing comprehensive, 360-degree corporate partnerships (ideally with proven knowledge and success across modalities inclusive of grants, cause marketing, in-kind, employee engagement, and workplace giving). They will also demonstrate passion for the IRC's mission, nuanced understanding of private sector fundraising, and dedication to the organization's diversity, equity, and inclusion values. Major Responsibilities: + Develops the new business vision and targets for Global Corporate Partnerships team, across keys sectors, in close collaboration with GCP leadership team + Collaborates on the development and implementation of corporate new business “ways of working” (standards, tools and procedures) to ensure an outstanding approach to international private sector engagement and fundraising. + Evaluates, coordinates and tracks corporate new business opportunities generated across the IRC by ER, RAI, CRRD, Airbel, PO, and TU, helping promote new business best practices and cross-departmental collaboration. + Allocates new business opportunities with speed and efficiency in consultation with GCP Leadership Team, ensuring alignment across relevant stakeholders on key roles, responsibilities, deliverables and dates. + Maintains oversight of New Business Pipeline database on Salesforce, working with account owners and Manager, Data Administration to ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date. + Develops and implements new business metrics and KPIs to enhance data collection and inform GCP revenue acquisition strategy. + Works with relevant teams and support functions to proactively identify prospective corporate donors and determine most appropriate account lead. + Personally solicits and secures high-level, high-impact partnerships, with the aim of transitioning these partnerships into long-term strategic relationships with the IRC. + Supervises and manages Employee Engagement and Workplace Giving team, focusing on staff professional development and the articulation and implementation of a dynamic EEWG strategy and business case to drive enhanced levels of unrestricted revenue and robust 360 partnerships. Essential Qualifications: Work Experience: + Robust experience of corporate partnership fundraising, ideally within a large or medium charity, including a proven track record of both developing high level corporate partnerships to mutual benefit, and securing new partnerships. + Experience of line management, recruitment, performance management and talent retention. Demonstrated Skills and Competencies: + Driven, motivated and proactive with a solutions-based attitude and resilient in the face of setbacks. + Proven ability to manage, meet and monitor fundraising budgets and Key Performance Indicators. + Excellent organizational skills, especially the ability to manage a complex, varied and substantial workload. + Excellent networker with ability to represent the organization at a senior level and respond to the requirements of high-level stakeholders. + Excellent relationship building skills and a polished public speaker with the confidence and ability to convey complex ideas in a compelling manner to win support internally in IRC and externally with high-level corporate partners. + Excellent verbal and written English and the ability to produce well designed and high quality proposals and reports. Desired Qualifications: + Experience working for a centralized, international organization would be a strong advantage. + Experience using Salesforce would be an advantage. + Additional languages a plus Working Environment: Requires remote/flex-time work.
