The Equity Derivatives Technology Production Services team is seeking a seasoned Application Support Lead to join our team.

In this role, you will be supporting a suite of applications that provide key Order Management and Execution capabilities for the Equity Derivatives Trading and Sales business.  You will be accountable for driving platform stability and efficiency initiatives and will manage programs to transform and modernize our estate.

We support a fast-paced business with rapidly evolving needs and requirements. Your ability to take ownership of requests and issue resolution, combined with a natural sense of curiosity and pride in a job well done, will help you to succeed in this role.

What will you do?

Ensure compliance with cyber security, technology governance and de-risking initiatives. Plan and participate in disaster recovery exercises, address technology risk items and vulnerabilities across our estate, and help coordinate weekend maintenance activities.

Support the integration of new releases, bug fixes, patches, and configurations into production, including post-release checks and verification.

Note: as we provide 24x7 support to a global business, this role will involve regular evening and weekend rotational work.  Additionally, a key component of this role is in-person engagement with business users on the Trading Floor.  As such, an in-office presence of 4+ days per week in-office is expected
