Collins is seeking a Department Area Leader for its Ejection Seats & Propulsion (E&P) portfolio. The E&P portfolio is chartered to develop life-saving energetic devices within Mission Systems. This role is accountable for managing all Engineering activities in the successful capture and program execution of systems and products within the assigned Department. This is a multi-discipline leader with all engineering functions directly reporting to them. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
