Job Responsibilities :Razer.com is looking for a strategic, hands-on leader to helm the Razer.com eCommerce platform. This role is responsible for overseeing the global infrastructure and capabilities of our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) platform. The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing platform team and work cross-functionally to deliver a premium digital shopping experience and drive hypergrowth for Razer.com. Platform Ownership & StrategyLead the global Razer.com platform team, defining and executing the platform strategy and roadmap aligned with Razer's D2C goals.Drive the end-to-end infrastructure supporting eCommerce and CRM, ensuring seamless, high-quality customer experiences.Develop the quarterly platform capability plan-of-record and conduct regular reviews with senior stakeholders.Business Acceleration & InnovationDrive and deliver strategic initiatives such as new business models, product launches, customer acquisition campaigns, and market expansion efforts.Evaluate, prioritize, and translate business requirements into scalable, impactful digital capabilities.Program Delivery & GovernancePlan and execute eCommerce projects, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budget.Lead platform operations, manage escalations, and proactively mitigate risks.Optimize time-to-market processes and implement cost-efficient improvements.Stakeholder ManagementBuild and maintain strong partnerships across key internal stakeholders, including Division, Marketing, IT, Customer Advocacy, and Operations, to align on goals and deliver a seamless Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) experience.Serve as a key liaison between technical, and operational teams to translate strategic business needs into actionable platform capabilities.Facilitate ongoing alignment through structured reviews, feedback loops, and collaborative planning with cross-functional leaders.Pre-Requisites :Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; MBA preferred.10+ years of experience in eCommerce operations, platform strategy, or digital transformation, preferably within consumer-facing industriesAt least 5 years of experience leading high-performance teams in fast-paced environments.Proven expertise in program/project management methodologies, risk assessment, and cross-regional stakeholder engagement.Hands-on experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (CCV2) or equivalent major commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce/Magento, Shopify Plus) including implementation, optimization, and roadmap development.Strong business acumen, attention to detail, and comfort working in high-ambiguity settings.Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership and executives.Self-driven and thrives under pressure.Are you game?
