Associate Director, Digital Supply Chain Technical Product Management

As a Digital Supply Chain (DSC) Technical Product Management (TPM), you will work as a member of the Digital Manufacturing Division team supporting Enterprise Orchestration Platform. You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and solving complex business problems related to manufacturing and supply chain. You will receive training to achieve this, and you’ll be amazed at the diversity of opportunities to develop your potential and grow professionally. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and determine analytical capabilities that will enable the creation of Insights-focused solutions that align to business needs and ensure that delivery of these solutions meet quality requirements.

As a TPM, the candidate would be responsible for delivery of technical capabilities involving but not limited to Machine Learning, Natural Language Processor, write back, Process automation, Self-Heal etc. thus enabling maturity in the overall DSC and Enterprise Orchestration (EO) Platform. The candidate would build strong domain expertise for the EO products and help mature capabilities. Serves as a technology and subject matter expert on e2e supply chain. As a TPM, the candidate working with the product owner, product line leads and product value leads would be responsible for bringing in technical expertise to define use cases for advanced capabilities like machine learning, self-heal, write-back etc. The candidate will develop business cases to support feature/functionality concepts and obtain stakeholder support from internal audiences through effective oral and written presentations. Throughout the process from ideation through deployment, the candidate will collaborate with design, business and technical team leaders to identify interdependencies, define and document requirements thus facilitating a robust product delivery. As a member of the EO technical team, TPM provides leadership and direction for establishing technical capabilities working with various IT teams. Once the capability is established, we will help manage the backlog and guide the SteadyState team to deliver requirements thus enhancing the overall CC capabilities. Working with product line lead, product managers and stakeholders, the candidate establishes the 3-6-9-15 month plan for delivery based on capability gaps and will be responsible for delivery to meet expected functionality. Experience managing project budget – develop budgetary estimates and execution to budgets with appropriate staff. Results-orientation with the proven ability and reputation for developing plans and implementing them successfully.

Education Minimum Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related discipline

Required Experience and Skills**:

10+ years delivery of information technology (IT) services and solutions, with an emphasis on innovation 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain/Analytics Projects and/or Deployment & Sustainment experience Experienced in using agile methods to bring new solutions though experimental/Proof of Concept (POC) stages and subsequent Minimum Viable Product (MVP), scale up and industrialization Demonstrated ability to collaborate, communicate, supervise and coach across cultures, organizational levels and disciplines Demonstrated success in building strong relationships with client organizations and with technology centers Proven leadership and people management skills are preferred, along with excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills Ability to lead requirements sessions with Stakeholders and project teams Strong leadership, verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams Demonstrated experience in the Life Science space

Preferred Experience and Skills:

Ability to understand and align business strategies with IT capabilities and architectures and develop roadmaps to execute Knowledge of supply chain planning, distribution and logistics, commercial operations, order-to-cash, finance, and production operations and the integrations points across these functions Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams. Experience in infrastructure design and implementation. Experience in Agile Ways of Working and delivery (Scrum, Kanban, Test Driven Development etc.). Experience in managing Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) principles. Experience driving and/or influencing a technical community Flexibility working with global teams
