Join Gilead and help create possible, together. **Job Description** **Specific Responsibilities and Skills** + Champion the needs of customers, business teams, stakeholders throughout the development process, ensuring that what is delivered meets the original goals and objectives + Considers product line/business unit, the enterprise's priorities, strategies and goals, and emerging technologies, industry trends, and economic viability across the relevant product portfolio + Act as an AI thought leader for stakeholders, including the creation of solutions, proposals, presentations, executive briefings, and other materials to support AI development + Responsible for technical delivery on multiple corporate and/or commercial tracks simultaneously. Support an interdisciplinary team of data scientists, engineers, and solution architects to achieve technical delivery objectives and real-world AI deployment + Stakeholder management across key US leadership within Commercial Operations, Therapeutic Areas, Marketing, Brand and Product teams + Proactively identify problems that arise in the project, outline options, recommend solutions, and escalate as needed + Is sensitive to rapidly resolving issues that arise among products and platforms, both within the business unit and between multiple business units, in a way that balances product and enterprise goals + Able to solicit enterprise direction, goals and strategy, and use it to inform development of product strategy + Is effective at conveying the product vision and other messages requiring action, in a way that encourages people to embrace the vision and builds their enthusiasm about fulfilling it + Is effective in translating technical language into business language as needed to bridge the gap between business and technology professionals engaged in the full product value stream **Basic Qualifications:** **Bachelor's Degree and Ten Years’ Experience** **OR** **Masters' Degree and Eight Years’ Experience** **OR** **PhD and Two Years’ Experience** **Preferred Qualifications:** + Bachelor's Degree in Science/ Business / Computer Science / Information Technology + 8 years of overall technology experience with at least 5 years supporting commercial business functions as an IT Commercial Business Partner required + Strong understanding of Commercial Pharma business processes, AI and related technologies and data + Strong hands-on experience in MarTech stack like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sitecore / AEM, Google Marketing Platform (GA4 / GTM), Veeva (CRM, PromoMats) etc. + Demonstrated experience in next gen enterprise commercial capabilities within Pharma industry. Must have proven track record in delivering work using AI tools + Experience managing internal and external teams and building trusted relationships + Vendor management experience including vendor evaluation / selection, due diligence, contracting, and performance management. + Highly developed interpersonal, oral and written communications, presentation, negotiation, facilitation, and leadership skills with a commitment to internal/external customer responsiveness + Conceptual and analytical thinker; able to understand, analyze, and synthesize complex business and technology issues and strategies **People Leader Accountabilities** + Create Inclusion - knowing the business value of diverse teams, modeling inclusion, and embedding the value of diversity in the way they manage their teams. + Develop Talent - understand the skills, experience, aspirations, and potential of their employees and coach them on current performance and future potential. They provide the support needed to remove barriers and connect their team to the broader ecosystem. The salary range for this position is: $195,670.00 - $253,220.00. Gilead considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package.
