Associate Director, Digital Investment

We’re focused on driving the maximum value for our people, our capabilities and our media investments for some of the world’s leading brands. **Overview** The Associate Director, Integrated Investment is responsible for cultivating team, client and marketplace relationships and ensuring effective investment allocation across all channels, concentrated in Linear TV, CTV and Programmatic Digital. This role will manage several Negotiators and report into the SVP Business Lead. **Responsibilities** + Leverage marketplace knowledge to deliver high-value media opportunities with compelling value proposition and competitive advantage + Direct and elevate recommendations from media partners/publishers to ensure delivery against objectives. + Continuously pursue new vendors/partners to assess benefit, value, and applicability; issue Partner POVs + Attend all client media briefings and actively contribute to the development of media strategies; partner with strategy team on tactical presentations, recommendations, and budget allocations + Attend all media plan presentations and oversee the execution of the media buy; ensure seamless execution against stated objectives, within budget and timing parameters + Oversee positioning, make goods, and added new value + Lead optimization efforts for digital campaigns; troubleshoot ad delivery and ad performance + Oversee site invoices and media reconciliations; ensure accurate and timely vendor payment + Drive the strategic agenda as it relates to investment across digital with a **specific expertise in the programmatic space.** + Help clients launch biddable based campaigns across video and display + Write and deliver technical strategies and POV’s as well as oversee the translation of these strategies into the final audience recommendations/plans + Analyze client’s audience strategies and work with strategy and activation groups to lead reason development + Build and maintain relationships with data and technology vendors and internal agency counterparts + Motivate and manage Precision’s technology team in the creation, development and execution of programmatic and general media activations, solutions and tactics + Facilitate team building through collaborative management style, open communication and focused project management to assure that assignments are implemented in a timely manner + Ensure team delivers upon objectives within budget and time parameters + Bid Strategy management. + Trafficking/placement oversight + Platform management **Qualifications** + 6+ years’ media agency experience + 4+ years digital operations and media technology experience, preferably from a technology company or media agency or trading desk background + Strong digital background inclusive of DSPs, DMPs, Mobile, OLV, data and analytics (primarily DV360 and Amazon DSPs) + Experience using or launching data, attribution or programmatic tools + Solid understanding of digital planning and activation tools (e.g., ComScore, PRISMA,) + Strong experience with the billing and reconciliation process + Proven ability to foster strong cross-functional teamwork, getting results across an organization + Track record of building successful client relationships + Demonstrated ability to think strategically + Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills + Must be a self-starter who works well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment **Additional information** Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
