Associate Director, Data and Analytics

We pride ourselves on combining the atmosphere of a startup company with the stability and experience of a global leader. **Overview** We’re searching for an Associate Director, Data Strategy & Technology who will be a leader within the core Data and Analytics (DNA) team. **Responsibilities** **Tasks and responsibilities include:** + Assist with guidance on Adobe Launch and Adobe Analytics + Guide Adobe Target integration with Adobe AEM platform + Participate and contribute in design and documentation + Review current state and document findings + Design and provide solutions to fit the requirements of the project stakeholders, customers, and end-users conforming to the standards established by the IT and marketing organizations. + Create technical design documents that explain system flows, data flows, and technical component interaction diagrams. + Support the development of the overall measurement strategy for clients through discovery and development of measurement plans, learning agendas, and test plans + Support the development of measurement frameworks and actionable insight generation + Day-to-day collaboration with key vendors and stakeholders + Collaborate with internal team on client communications and deliverables, helping to define the story in a simple and concise way and communicate success of client’s marketing efforts + Collaborate on day-to-day client deliverables + Proactively propose performance improvements for clients’ marketing activities + Through compelling data visualizations, develop, maintain and communicate insights, key metrics and reports, highlighting opportunities for improvement + Keep internal stakeholders informed about new opportunities, issues and performance successes. + Collaborate with DNA leadership to develop and document case studies with process and results + Support DNA leadership in in new client acquisition and new business development + Foster a team environment and play an active role in building teams **Qualifications** **To qualify, you’ll need:** + 3+ years of work experience with analytics and optimization platforms + 3+ years of experience working with Adobe Marketing Cloud offerings + 2+ years of experience configuring and integrating with Adobe Target + Experience developing optimization and personalization programs + Experience with implementation of Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target + Experience integrating with Audience Manager, 1st and 3rd party data sources + Experience with profile scripting within Adobe Target + Four-year degree (with a business focus such as Statistics, Economics, Finance or Marketing) + Master’s degree (preferred) + 3-5 years of business experience in marketing consulting, advertising or interactive + Expertise within the digital environment and in aligning marketing strategies with business needs + Knowledge of integrated marketing and CRM disciplines (including primary research, segmentation, targeting, direct marketing and customer care) + Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills + Experience managing and coordinating multiple projects + Proven record with strong client relationship skills + Strong familiarity with the digital environment + Proficiency in Microsoft Office + Candidate must be open to travel as needed **Additional information** Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. Compensation Range: $110,580 - $173,995 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
