We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role ofAssociate Director, Data and Analytics.

Business: CTO Data Technology

Principal responsibilities:

• This role will be responsible for leading the OPP engineering PODs and embedding of a resiliant overall solution that is reusable and manages the customer data for HSBC.
• Build and define the operating model and capability of the function
• Analyse thematic risks issues to manage centrally
• Ensure Portfolio programmes are applying consistent governance methodologies, e.g. RAG statuses across Scope, Schedule, Cost, Budget, Resource and Benefits
• Provide assurance that Portfolio programmes are adhering to the Bank’s Change Framework
• Drive best practices consistently across Portfolio programmes
• Monthly governance analysis, commentary trend analysis
• Monthly preparation for business governance committees
• Liaison across all stakeholders for any matters regarding governed CTB
• Support the business COO in any aspects of Transformation that require Technology input
• Portfolio/Programme reporting
• Partner with Portfolio accountant during strategic planning cycle
• Relationship management of an interconnected network of senior stakeholder groups, internal and external to Enterprise Technology
