The Associate Director will be responsible for driving the performance of that team in support of its diverse mission, including Contracts support for M&A activity within AdS (post-close bifurcation of contracts with recently-divested entities, Contracts due diligence tasks, Contracts separation/integration activities, etc), support of enterprise contract negotiations, customer engagements, coordination of SBU-level contract data requests, implementation of tools/processes across AdS CBM, and other duties as required. In order to support the attainment of AdS goals and objectives, this key leader must possess substantial technical expertise regarding CBM responsibilities, procedures, and processes. Critically important will be this leader’s provision of ethical and compliance-focused support in the execution of duties and responsibilities. The CBM organization is a pivotal teammate and, as such, partners with colleagues across functions in direct support of the execution of all contract management duties and obligations. The Associate Director will have a strong desire to attain the highest customer satisfaction levels. The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
