Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines is seeking an **A** **s** **sociate Director, Commercial Optimization and Deployment** in **Titusville, NJ** to lead the charge in optimizing our Neuroscience, Pulmonary Hypertension and Strategic Customer Group field forces and driving impactful strategies.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Lead the development and execution of cutting-edge field force strategies, including structure, sizing, targeting, and investment priorities tailored to Neuroscience, PH and SCG landscapes.
+ Proactively evaluate and refine our field force models, leveraging advanced analytics, market insights, and customer assessments to stay ahead of industry trends.
+ Drive innovative customer engagement approaches, ensuring our solutions meet healthcare providers' evolving needs.
+ Oversee complex analytics and partner with external vendors and internal teams to craft impactful deployment plans.
+ Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to unlock new growth opportunities and maximize commercial impact.
+ Shape the future of Neuroscience, PH and SCG commercial strategies with data and insights.
+ Influence decision-making across all levels through impactful analysis, compelling storytelling, and strategic vision.
+ Lead a dynamic team and external partners to deliver innovative, data-backed solutions that elevate Johnson & Johnson’s market leadership.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Develop rules and partner to implement dynamic engagement plans
+ Build Customer Valuation Models & Conduct Market Landscape Evaluations
+ Analyze Size & Structure of Sales Teams using innovative visualization tools
+ Design and refine Go-to-Market Strategies
+ Manage Vendor Relationships and Collaboration
**What We’re Looking For:**
+ **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred
+ **Experience:** Minimum of 7 years in Pharma, Market Development, or Consulting with a focus on commercial strategy
+ **Skills & Knowledge:**
+ Deep understanding of pharmaceutical marketplace dynamics
+ Expertise in segmentation, targeting, and behavioral analytics
+ Proficiency in sales force sizing and deployment methodologies
+ Strong technical, analytical, and project management skills
+ Excellent communication and presentation abilities
+ Skilled in data visualization and reporting tools
**Additional Details:**
+ 10% travel to various meetings and industry events

**The anticipated base pay range for this position is :**
$120,000 - $207,000
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
