About the Role
Provide channel sales, digital and marketing communication support to Partnership Distribution in a timely manner with quality delivery.Roles and Responsibilities:
Channel Proposition & Marketing
Provide marketing and distribution support function on campaign management & communication for Partnership Distribution (PD) channel, coveringBanks / brokerage / IFA (Retail and HNW) / strategic partners. Sales experience in brokerage business is preferred.
Develop an effective O2O strategy to engage partner’s customers and existing or new customers and attract them to digital platforms, maximizing opportunities, drive product penetration, and uplift channel productivity
Leverage customer touchpoints in AIA HK’s and/or partner’s digital ecosystem, to trigger communication that drive purchase behavior based on customer digital behaviour and analytics
Measure, analyze and optimize marketing efforts regularly to drive traffic, engagement, and leads.
Plan and monitor the relevant marketing budget to ensure effective allocation of resources
Channel Engagement & Communication
Plan and implement sales promotion activities and events for partners and/or customers to support channel(s) in achieving sales target
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness and performance of the sales tactical campaigns, providing strategic recommendation for business growth and improvement
Ensure partnership distribution channel requirements are properly communicated to internal departments and external partners
Maintain seamless communication to keep our partners informed of the company changes/initiatives that meet business needs
People Management
Provide guidance to teammates and work collaboratively within PD and other internal stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery of marketing and distribution activities
Manage the progress of team deliverables to ensure timely and quality outcomes
Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements
Minimum Job Requirements:
University / College graduate plus minimum 10 years relevant experience
Experienced in channel marketing is a must
Creative mind set
Customer-oriented service
High proficiency in written English and Chinese
Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Insurance product knowledge
Strong project management and financial analytical skills
Good timeline management skill
