**Overview**
The Associate Director, Business Intelligence will apply data analysis and strategic consulting as the BI leader on a book of business within the health and wellness industry. Important to this success will be to source and use the many data sources at the disposal of the BI team to not only represent the business impact that our media/marketing campaigns have in the marketplace but also the ability to translate these insights into relevant recommendations to optimize media investment for our clients. You will report to the Director of Business Intelligence.
This a hybrid role requiring 3 days in office out of our Chicago, NYC or Philadelphia locations.
**Responsibilities**
+ Manage a team of Analysts, Senior Analysts and Managers that are responsible for delivering monthly reporting. Build professional relationships with the many members of your internal and client team(s) while being solely responsible for the level of quality in communications and results for the entire team that serves on your client's behalf.
+ Work with internal and external partners to build measurement plans that satisfy all client goals and address challenges and opportunities with clearly defined goals and definitions of program success.
+ Coordinate the creation of the business rules and parameters of the engagement and participate together with internal Finance and Operations teams in the scoping process and any vital requests for proposal from outside vendors/data companies.
+ Own the many internal data sources and (where applicable) third-party vendors/data streams that comprise our custom measurement platform while keeping process on task within the established timelines and delivery dates.
+ Analyze available data to gain insights on program success in changing target audience behavior and identify areas for improvement.
+ Be a strategic consultant using the aforementioned insights as the foundation for presentations, reports, assorted client results in either a face-to-face or virtual setting.
+ Identify areas of opportunity to expand our presence through consultative selling at current clients while periodically participating in the any new business development opportunities as they arise.
+ Understand client needs and internal operations to achieve success for the client and team.
+ Provide strategic review of your team's work to ensure results are timely, data cleanliness & clean presentation of story is presented, and overall, of high quality.
+ Collaborate with people across the organization, affect positive change, understand offerings, identify needs to get projects moving and keep them moving forward with our teams.
+ Independently provide POV for clients or our teams, while sourcing or researching any needed information to advise decision-making in consideration of business rules.
+ Manage a team, guiding process and providing a growth path while leading their workload for success.
**Qualifications**
+ 5-7 years of work experience in data/analytics consulting or quantitative marketing/analysis (healthcare, pharmaceuticals or life sciences experience)
+ Depth of understanding of how clients use all aspects of their multi-channel marketing mix in reaching their customers.
+ Power-user of business IT software: MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
+ Literacy of software such as Datorama, Tableau, Power BI, Adobe, Google, etc.

Compensation Range: $ 110,580 -158,865. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be resolved based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
