The company, formed in 2020 through the combination of Raytheon Company and the United Technologies Corporation aerospace businesses, is headquartered in Arlington, VA. **The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services Transformation Team:** The Strategy & Transformation team within Enterprise Services (ES) is looking for a passionate Program Manager to lead ES Service adoption activities in support of the oneRTX strategic initiative.  The Strategy & Transformation team is focused on using CORE methodology to maximize cost reduction, quality improvement, and enhanced experience through increased adoption of services provided by ES, resulting in de-duplication, simplification and standardization of services, processes and technology across RTX.  The role will require working with leaders within the RTX corporate organization and the 3 RTX business units to develop and execute plans that create the greatest value for our employees and shareholders. The Associate Director position will assist in all Procurement & Program Services, Legal & Compliance Services, and Non-Product Sourcing service adoption activities and ensure timely execution of deliverables. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
