**Overview**
The Associate Director, Brand Experience defines daily functional management of client needs and lead the day-to-day work of the Brand Experience planning team who possesses a deep expertise in the automotive space. You will report to either the Director or VP, Brand Experience. This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week in Birmingham, MI. **Responsibilities**
+ You will possess a deep understanding of the automotive space and consumer audience
+ You will further develop your expertise in different media research tools
+ You will provide support to the Director, Brand Experience and VP, Brand Experience
+ You will lead a team of direct and indirect reports and guide them in Onboarding Performance management
+ Provide leadership and oversight on daily budget fluctuations, and work with direct reports to implement changes and adjustments accordingly.
+ Provide training processes and tools
+ Handle and delegate team workload
+ Responsible for the outcomes and deliverables of the team
+ Coach team to achieve client and agency requests
+ Work closely with manager on Multicultural planning: Understanding landscape and consumption, developing media recommendations reaching and connecting the diverse audiences
+ You will manage one to multiple client accounts and specialize in DTC or equivalent experience planning and strategy and will flow across them conducting the following activities:
+ You will provide the initial perspectives on media strategies
+ You will provide input to client to help shape their marketing priorities
+ You will develop a daily relationship with appropriate clients on assigned brands
+ You will oversee overall media strategy, approach, and plan on each account
+ You will manage the media channel mix and initial budget allocation & rationale
+ You will represent the interests of other capability teams in client and agency partner meetings
+ You will collaborate with internal leaders to ensure strategic agreement of deliverables with client needs
+ Push for continuous improvement of self, team, and client deliverables
**Qualifications**
+ 6+ years media planning experience
+ 2+ years management experience
+ 1+ year of cross-channel media planning experience
+ Experience managing budget & media planning flowcharts
+ Familiarity with standard media research and planning tools
+ Multicultural planning experience or equivalent experience is a must
+ 1+ years previous pharma media experience, across a diverse set of conditions, disease states, and audiences

Compensation Range: $95,950 - $131,300 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
