The Associate Director, Benefits will lead design, administration and communication of several employee benefit plans and programs for employees across the US and Puerto Rico. This role will manage vendor relationships to ensure timely, accurate, compliant and cost-effective delivery. The incumbent will continually assess the company's benefit plans, market trends and regulatory environment, driving change to ensure our plans remain competitive and valued. This role will oversee employee recognition program, onsite childcare center; dental, vision and voluntary benefits; and onsite/virtual fitness programs. The AD, Benefits will oversee compliance activities for all health, welfare and retirement benefits, working with team members to ensure all requirements are met. The incumbent will provide financial/analytical support for all benefit plans, monitoring utilization, cost and trends. This role will manage complex projects, developing project plans, ensuring that internal/external teams meet timeline and output milestones and changes are communicated effectively to all stakeholders, resulting in enhanced awareness, appreciation, and impact of our benefit programs. **Duties & Responsibilities** + Oversees development and delivery (from research to implementation) of several benefit programs including recognition (High Five, service awards, President's Award), dental, vision and voluntary benefits, childcare benefits (onsite center and national discount program) and onsite/virtual fitness programs. + Accountable for vendor selection, contracting and governance; administration, compliance, communication and financing of relevant plans and programs. + Manages complex projects across all benefits including plan changes, vendor selection/contracting/implementation, acquisitions/divestitures, technology implementations/enhancements, and annual/ad hoc benefits compliance and disclosure requirements. + Develops project plans, holds internal and external teams accountable to meet timeline and output milestones, and delivers effective communications to stakeholders including leadership and employees. + Identifies process improvement/efficiency opportunities, supports teams to implement change. + Oversees compliance activity for all benefit plans; ensures that testing, filings, audits and disclosures are timely and accurate and plan documents are updated regularly. + Continually monitors employee legal and regulatory environment across all benefits; partners with Legal, HR, Employee Relations, vendors and consultants to ensure compliance with ever-changing Federal, state and local laws/regulations. + Ensures that relevant company policies are current, compliant and consistent across the organization. + Holds external partners accountable through clearly defined expectations, roles, deliverables, and budgets; ensures vendors deliver timely, accurate and compliant processes including appropriate financial and technical controls; partners with Sourcing to monitor, measure and enhance vendor performance. + Regularly assesses market trends, benefits utilization, employee and business leader feedback, and the company's strategic and financial objectives; develop and deliver business cases to support recommendations; implements and communicates changes to ensure the company continues to offer contemporary, comprehensive, competitive plans and programs. + Provides benefits, vendor management and analytical expertise to global benefit projects, champion U.S. needs and influence project outcomes. + Analyzes data to inform and shape the company's benefits strategy; supports Executive Director to analyze utilization/cost trends and develop proposals to shape benefits strategy; collaborates with business leaders, HR, Legal, GBS, Sourcing and other internal stakeholders, as well as external partners, to design and deliver programs that drive employee engagement and cost-efficiencies; measure and report on achievement against objectives. **Requirements** + Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Finance, business, HR or related field preferred. + CEBS or SHRM certification a plus. + Minimum of six (6) years of US employee benefits experience, with prior experience managing employee benefit programs in a corporate environment. + Significant knowledge of US health, welfare and retirement benefits design, administration and compliance; strategic thinking, business/financial acumen, and an analytical mindset. + Strong project management/leadership. + Process improvement and problem-solving skills. + MS Office tools (particularly Excel) expertise. + Ability to collaborate and influence internal and external stakeholders. **Eligibility Requirements** : + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction. + Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required). + Must be 18 years of age or older. \#LI-AP1 All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to a person’s actual or perceived race, including natural hairstyles, hair texture and protective hairstyles; color; creed; religion; national origin; age; ancestry; citizenship status, marital status; gender, gender identity or expression; sexual orientation, mental, physical or intellectual disability, veteran status; pregnancy, childbirth or related medical condition; genetic information (including the refusal to submit to genetic testing) or any other class or characteristic protected by applicable law.
