Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

Understand the current technology landscape, build the architecture blueprint of the current capabilities, and establish the architecture document standard and governance

Derive the target architecture blueprint, and work out the roadmap to bring Sun Life from the current blueprint to the target one.

Partner with HK business to understand the business needs and provide solution options.  Manage solution architecture design.  Provide guidance to solution architects.

Work with infrastructure, application, and security teams to establish a short term and long term detail action plan to put the roadmap into execution.

Establish strong relationship with Regional and Corporate Architecture team to align on the target architecture blueprint and roadmap for Hong Kong.

Manage architecture approval for Hong Kong (PTAB, RTAB and ETAB)

Job Requirements:

University Graduate and above from Information Technology discipline10+ years of experience in IT, 5 years work as architectExperience in building Architecture BlueprintsExperience in presenting and gathering Architecture Blueprints / Solution approval from Local, Regional, and Corporate Architecture Review CommitteesStrong communication, collaboration, and inter-personnel skillsStrong influencing and negotiation skills to get buy-ins from the business stakeholders and Regional and Corporate ArchitectsAble to think out of the box in architecture design and resolving conflictsSolid experience in defining guiding principles for cloud platform adoption and integration patternsKeep update on market information and stay update on the latest technology trend on architectureSolid experience in cloud migration strategySolid experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, AliCloudExperience in Public Cloud, Private Cloud, Hybrid Cloud and Multi-Cloud architecture designExperience in container-based architecture designExperience in FSI would be an added advantageSound experience with event-driven architecture, DevOps, DevSecOps.Fluent in Cantonese and EnglishTOGAF or relevant is highly preferredCandidate with less experience will consider as Senior Manager, Architecture
