**Overview**
We don’t all look the same, and we don’t expect you to, either. But successful members of the Analytics team at Zenith generally have a passion for emerging tech and media, bring a data-driven approach to decision-making, have a fresh perspective and share it in a positive way, don’t shy away from a challenge, and are always hungry to learn more. We look for prior experience in media analytics, especially digital media. We hope you’re a numbers whiz and know how to bring data to life through a compelling story. You should already be used to representing your team to external clients, since Associate Directors are often the face of our brand.
**Responsibilities**
The Associate Director, Analytics is responsible for all client reporting. They manage a team of analysts who help them stay on track with day-to-day deliverables. Using data, the Associate Director crafts compelling narratives about our clients' advertising performance. They craft these narratives in close collaboration with the internal strategy/investment teams who plan and buy the advertising. They are also tasked with collecting media performance data—such as impressions, spend, and clicks—from digital media partners and managing brand lift studies. Additionally, they engage with clients to share data-driven insights and address any questions. Working with the VP and Director, they contribute to the development of a comprehensive analytics strategy to meet our clients' media performance measurement needs. As mentors, managers, project managers, and leaders with vision, Associate Directors play a critical role. This position reports to the Director of Analytics and is part of the leadership team.
**Qualifications**
● B.A. or B.S., preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Sociology, Computer Science, Economics, Marketing/Advertising, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
● 5+ years of work experience in advertising media, analytics, or a related field.
● 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role.
● Knowledge of online advertising media channels (such as Display, Online Video, Programmatic, and Paid Social) and the metrics used to measure performance (such as click-through rates, cost-per-impression, and conversions).
● A strong understanding of the marketing/advertising industry is highly preferred. Prior agency experience is a bonus.
● Knowledge of and experience working with relational databases (such as Redshift) and programming languages (such as SQL).
● Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to work with macros, advanced formulas, and pivot tables, and experience working with large data sets.
● Experience pulling and using data from ad servers (such as Google Campaign Manager) and/or digital advertising publisher platforms (such as The Trade Desk or Meta).
● Prior experience with brand lift studies (such as Nielsen, Dynata, and Upwave) preferred.
● Ability to communicate complex ideas to both external and internal clients, with comfort in presenting to senior-level clients.
● Ability to take a consultative approach in offering guidance on our client’s advertising strategy, including targeting, budget allocation, and optimization.
● Experience partnering with activation teams—teams that plan and buy advertising—to provide comprehensive analyses that will inform future media decisions on budgets, media partners, and strategies.
● Capacity to respond to ad-hoc requests using all available resources to provide clear and meaningful insights and recommendations.
● Knowledgeable and passionate about consumer behavior, media, and technology trends and the future of advertising media.

Compensation Range: $110, 580 - $142,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. The Company anticipates the application deadline for this job posting will be 8/18/25.
