Associate Digital Marketing Specialist

The Associate Digital Marketing Specialist is a tech-savvy creative, who will assist with developing and optimizing marketing campaigns that support lead generation, demand generation, and account-based marketing strategies for ChemTreat.
This role requires a unique combination of creative, analytical, and process-oriented qualities with a developing knowledge of channel marketing strategies including but not limited to Paid Social, Paid Search, Remarketing, and Email Marketing.
This person must have strong organization and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and agency resources to help plan, execute, and improve multi-channel campaigns and content development for strategic initiatives.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Support marketing campaign strategy and execution for demand generation, lead generation, and account-based marketing across channels for paid advertising, email marketing, and social media.
+ Help contribute to social media calendar with fresh takes on existing and new content
+ Help develop and refresh ad creatives for various campaigns to improve engagement and conversions, including writing, proofing, graphic design, video creation, etc.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally to help brainstorm, research, plan, and execute marketing campaigns to reach revenue goals and objectives
+ Assist with data mining to create and maintain target contacts and companies lists for campaigns from various sources including CRM, contact databases, website visitor identification tools, etc.
+ Assist with writing and executing email campaigns to nurture existing and prospective customers relationships
+ Help with data analysis and reporting efforts to measure campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.

**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS**
+ Familiarity or developing knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and Email Marketing with experience executing campaigns and related strategies
+ Graphic design skills are a must with familiarity with Canva or Adobe Suite preferred
+ Self-directed and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
+ Website management experience preferred, including building landing pages with effective messaging
+ Ability to quickly learn digital marketing automation, analytics, and customer relationship management tools (WordPress, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau)
+ Developing understanding of data privacy compliance rules and mechanisms for cookies and consent management
+ Developing understanding of customer journey touchpoints for B2B marketing in various industries
+ Required skills: written and oral communications skills, interpersonal skills, teamwork & leadership, personal organization, prioritization, time management, project management, ability to field many ad hoc reporting requests and requirements, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**
+ Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent 3 years of relevant experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field with 1-3 years of experience
+ Google, HubSpot and other related certifications preferred
+ Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
+ Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role or agency experience.
+ B2B industrial marketing experience in the Specialty Chemical Domain is a plus
+ Experience specific to the commercial operations of the water treatment industry a plus.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $65,000 - $73,000 USD per year.
