Vistex Associate Manager, Solution Delivery, under direction, will support the activities for the Vistex Post Production Program.  This person will be assigned to oversee the existing accounts, manage renewals and operational activities related to new customers.   Tool administration, generating reports and metrics and ensuring quality and accuracy of information are also key responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Ability to establish good working relationships with customers Manage the SOW / Contract requirements and related change requests (CR) Monitor and manage project budgets (labor and expense) Manage project issues/risks and client expectations and escalate as needed Assist senior members of the department with facilitating and coordinating project and support activities including project reviews, schedules, analysis and tracking Provide backup and support for other team members in Solution Delivery as needed Perform other job-related duties as required
