Associate Data Services Manager
**Overview of Role** The successful candidate will play a key role in interpreting data scenarios and crafting client-facing communications for IQVIA’s syndicated data offerings, including but not limited to NPA, Xponent, DDD, NSP, WSP, and LAAD. This role also involves supporting internal stakeholders by addressing inquiries related to prescription and sales data products. **Key Responsibilities** + **Client Communications** + Compose clear, accurate, and professional communications for clients regarding data situations. + Participate in weekly Client Service calls to explain data scenarios and updates. + Respond to client inquiries under supervision, ensuring clarity and consistency. + **Data Analysis & SOP Adherence** + Identify and gather necessary details for each communication following established SOPs. + Support updates and improvements to SOPs based on recurring issues or feedback. + **Internal Support** + Address general questions from internal teams about IQVIA’s core syndicated offerings. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and understanding of data products. **Qualifications** + **Education** + Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Business, or a related field. + **Experience** + Minimum of 2 years of experience in professional communications. + Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). **Skills & Competencies** + Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. + Effective time management and organizational skills. + Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Comfortable presenting results and insights to clients. + Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams. + Understanding of business processes and industry dynamics. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
