Actively scouting the questions asked in the Pega ecosystem for re-usable patterns and FAQ’s so to better enable the Pega consultants and customers, and collaborating with people across the company to make your ideas come to life. **What You'll Do at Pega:** Analyze customer data and propose solutions and improvements. • Advance our open-source data science toolkit. • Work with stakeholders (customer support, product owners, project manager, development team, etc.) to stay in touch with customer and product requirements. • Work with development teams across the globe on new AI (Agentic but also classic ML) features. **Who You Are:** You have a passion for data and how you can improve the business results by applying AI/ML. You are a good communicator, and a lifelong learner. **What You've Accomplished:** Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as computer science, economics, operations research mathematics, statistics, or engineering; Master’s degree preferred . • Ability to translate business problems and data findings into Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML) solutions. • Understanding of LLM’s, agentic frameworks and active experience using them. • Good communication and presentation skills. • Data analysis and data visualization skills, hands-on with Python. • Be a lifelong learner, so you are always up to date with the latest developments. • Be a team player.
