ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Data Scientist you will apply advanced data science techniques to analyze data, build diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions, generate valuable insights from data and effectively leverage novel technologies to automate data science workflows. This role involves working with both structured and unstructured data - utilizing specialized programming languages and tools to drive effective decision-making and create business value. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Academic Background in Statistics, Econometrics, Data Science, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
Entry level to 2 years of experience in analytics tools & technologies or processes
Proven experience in applying advanced statistical methods to real-world survey or behavioral data.
Proficiency in at least one statistical programming languages like R, Python, SAS, Julia
Experience with libraries NLTK, SPacy, scikit-learn, Stringr or Spacyr
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
English / German (Business communication proficiency)
Expertise in handling and analyzing large datasets, including experience with data cleaning, transformation, and validation.
Knowledge of Natural Language Processing framework, language processing, and pattern analysis.
Knowledge of multivariate statistical techniques such as regression, factor analysis, cluster analysis, and structural equation modeling.
Familiarity with machine learning techniques and their application to consumer data and sentiment detection is a plus
Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
Run E2E analytics projects from gathering business needs to validating hypothesis to output delivery, data visualization and generating value by providing data analysis-to-actionable insights
• Understand complex and diverse technology infrastructure and identify sources and tools needed
Develop logical and conceptual data flows that are in support of project requirements and advise appropriate and effective use of data
Communicate and present technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Provide orientation and training to end users
Provide commercial perspective & guidance to junior staff members working on individual use cases
Project & stakeholder management activities, maintaining documentation to support line manager and update stakeholders on project status & risks
