岗位职责：

1、负责开发面向业务场景的智能算法模型，Agent构建。

2. 聚焦机器学习、知识图谱、深度学习、大模型等方向， 通过人工智能的算法、技术、平台交付先进AI解决方案。

3、研究业界算法趋势并不断结合业务场景引入新技术，构建基于智能算法的核心产品竞争力。

任职资格：

1、熟悉常用机器学习、深度学习等相关算法模型，对行业内的常用算法模型和新技术有一定了解，在人工智能和数据挖掘方面有相关实战经验；

2、熟悉大模型相关模型和应用，了解SLM训练，模型微调和蒸馏框架并能应用实践；

3、熟悉常用的编程工具和组件、至少熟练掌握Python，Pyspark,一种编程语言，具有良好的编程习惯和算法基础；

4、有大规模分布式计算平台的使用和并行算法的开发经验；熟悉tensorflow，pytorch等深度学习框架；

5、有推荐系统、精准营销、舆情分析等方面的实际工作经验者优先。
