**Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 8-hour shift between 9am – 5pm EST. Although rare, applicants will need to have the ability to work after hours or weekend hours due to business needs
You’ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Operational Continuity:
+ Ensures continuous availability of critical analytics products
+ Facilitates rapid incident resolution, minimizing downtime and operational disruption
+ Data Quality and Integrity:
+ Conducts real-time data monitoring and proactive identification of anomalies
+ Prevents propagation of inaccurate or outdated data that could compromise business decisions
+ Compliance and Governance:
+ Enforces stringent adherence to data security standards and governance policies
+ Protects data assets, reducing operational and regulatory risks
+ Platform Modernization & Migration Support:
+ Coordinates effectively across technical and business teams during migration from legacy systems to cloud-based platforms
+ Ensures seamless transition by validating production readiness, executing detailed cutover plans, and managing rollback contingencies if needed

**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field OR 3+ years of hands-on production support experience working in a data-based product team preferably in a cloud based or hybrid environment
+ 1+ years of hands-on production support experience working in a data-based product team preferably in a cloud based or hybrid environment
+ 6+ months of experience in ticket handling, issue triage, log analysis and troubleshooting
+ 6+ months of experience in SQL in a support or QA context (ex: ability to write SQL queries while investigating data issues or job failures)
+ 6+ months of experience in working knowledge of Python or another scripting language
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Ability to work EST or CST hours
+ Exposure to building or supporting pipelines using ADF or other orchestration tool
+ Understanding of ETL concepts using tools like Databricks

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $58,800 to $105,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
