Job Title: Senior Data Architect / Data Modeler (SQL Server, Healthcare Domain)

Mandatory Skills:

SQL Server: Expert-level proficiency in database design, query optimization, performance tuning, and stored procedures.

Facets (Healthcare Platform): Deep functional and technical understanding of Facets data models and integrations.

Healthcare Domain Knowledge: Strong exposure to healthcare data (claims, eligibility, provider, and member data).

Data Modelling: Hands-on experience in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling for enterprise-level systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable and high-performance data models in SQL Server.

Interpret and map Facets data structures to business requirements and downstream systems.

Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to define data architecture standards.

Lead data analysis efforts and ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all platforms.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data professionals and engineers.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with ETL tools and frameworks (e.g., SSIS, Informatica).

Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) is a plus.

Strong communication and leadership skills to drive cross-functional collaboration.
