Associate Data Analyst - Campaign Analyst

**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Create and execute campaign list pulls for major direct marketing efforts (direct mail, email & telemarketing) as well as smaller, trigger-based programs within the framework of the overall contact strategy
+ Assess and interpret needs and requirements of our partners
+ Extract and manipulate data by performing database queries that support marketing efforts
+ Provide actionable insight by giving explanation and interpretation of data to support dept and business unit needs
+ Maintain a strategic relationship with business partners and Marketing Managers to develop deeper understanding of their business and goals, suggest new strategies
+ Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). **Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
+ 3+ years of experience using campaign management tool i.e. IBM/HCL Unica and Adobe Journey Optimizer(AJO), Adobe Marketo
+ Work Skills/Experience
+ Solid working knowledge of using SQL to query data in relational databases
+ Knowledge of the customer and data to assist in providing direction and campaign executions designed to drive up engagement and enrollment into our products
+ Proven advanced level of Access and Excel
+ Proven ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
+ Proven hands on IBM/HCL Unica EMM Suit’s, Adobe Journey Optimizer(AJO) Or Adobe Marketo Or Adobe Campaign
+ Proven deadline oriented
+ Proven solid communication skills (written and verbal); ability to present communication plans to customers
+ Consistently demonstrates flexibility and complex problem solving ability
+ Proven ability to execute campaigns, analysis and report results to the business team
+ Personality/Work Culture Fit
+ Proven ability to execute plans with strong attention to detail
+ Proven works independently with minimal direction
+ Proven highly motivated with ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment
+ Proven ability to build and maintain strong internal relationships with various cross functional areas
+ Proven comfortable and adept at working in large organizations with matrix organizational structures
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Hands-on experience in Adobe Campaign
+ Knowledge on Tableau/PowerBi and Salesforce / ExactTarget email deployment
+ Proven background in the healthcare industry
+ Proven marketing analysis background with solid business foundation, especially in campaign generation in Health care
