Associate Customer Service Technical Specialist, Content Support

Technical Requirements

Candidates must have expertise in the following areas:

Core Skills:HTML/XML: Proficiency in content structuring and templating.JIRA & Confluence: Experience in workflow management and documentation.ELK Stack: Knowledge of Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana for log analysis.Scripting: Proficiency in at least one of Python, Bash, or JavaScript for automation tasks.API Integrations: Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, authentication, and data retrieval.Basic SQL and familiarity with CMS systems.Alfresco: In-depth knowledge of enterprise content management.Solr: Proficiency in implementation and use for search and indexing.Familiarity with Neo4j.

Education and Experience

Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.Candidates with technical diplomas and a demonstrable passion for software development will also be considered.Extensive work experience is not required, but brief experience (e.g., internships, traineeships, or contributions to university/personal projects) in software development is appreciated.
