As a key member of our Customer Service Team you will be handling customer phones calls and emails. It is our mission to delight customers with every interaction. Every contact must make the customer feel special and taken care of. The essential job functions are:
Provides prompt, accurate answers to internal and external customers through telephone, email, and chat.Sets up new customer accounts and enters customer transactionsAssists with requests on pricing, shipping, product availability, terms and conditions, and item informationAssists customers in determining product needs and provides basic assistance on productsActs as liaison and customer advocate interfacing with other Hach departmentsEnsures long term customer relationships by utilizing professional customer service skillsIdentify sales opportunities and offer suggestions for complementary items to the customerIdentifies and submits sales leadsCompletes training modulesAdditional tasks and projects as assignedUS ONLY:
The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $22.00 - $23.00 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
