We’re looking for a Senior Planner, someone who can mix insights with imagination to create campaigns that are anything but basic. If you’re ready to transform strategies into compelling narratives that create meaningful connections, then you belong with us. **Overview** You will lead the work on some of the most popular consumer brands in the world, impacting the daily lives of nearly 2 billion people in the fastest growing region in the world. You will work for clients who not only care about success in the marketplace, but are passionate about the role of brands in helping bring about social change. **Responsibilities** + Lead and inspire integrated creative teams with an agile mindset and a strong foundation of core production skills, with a strong focus on developing work that thrives beyond traditional media —from fast-turn reactive content to long-form storytelling.  + Champion social-first thinking, where ideas are born out of culture, conversation, and community + Ideate, write and execute original creative concepts in response to client briefs, business objectives, and cultural insights + Push for ideas that spark conversation and drive results, with a sharp instinct for what gets shared, saved, and talked about + Ensure creative excellence and consistency across all touchpoints.  + Extend and add value to client relationships by demonstrating a proactive, insight-led approach to creative opportunities + Collaborate with strategy and account teams to develop disruptive and iconic work.  + Present and sell ideas with conviction, clarity, and  flair to internal and external stakeholders + Manage multiple projects from concept through to production with in-house resources and external vendors + Lead brainstorms, creative reviews, and cross-functional sessions to get to bolder, better thinking Report to a Creative Director or above, while mentoring junior talent and contributing to the creative culture of the agency **Expectations as a member of our community ** + You believe passionately in the power of creativity to bring change to the world. You’re just where people are   + You’ve won a few of the awards that matter. Winning isn’t everything, but excellence is  + Strong understanding of media best practices across social and traditional placement + Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment + Ability to effectively and appropriately interact with co-workers at a variety of levels, across many disciplines + After hours work and overnight traveling to shoots and post sessions required  + Naturally well organised and unfazed when working towards deadlines
