**Core Responsibilities**
+ Responsible for creative projects, from the creative conceptualization through production. Activities may include:
+ Possessing a clear understanding of business requirements and the target audience to develop a wide range of creative projects
+ Crafting idea and content that is relevant and respectful to a diverse range of audiences, by applying cultural sensitivity, ethical storytelling, and user-centered creative approaches, ensuring accessibility for all touch points and channels.
+ Working with and understanding activation, digital marketing and e-commerce strategies to secure a red thread
+ Creating content across various media to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate customers

Our LEGO Agency (OLA) is an organisation that focuses on delivering best-in-class campaigns, insight driven & fit for purpose solutions across the LEGO group. The global development is driven out of The LEGO Groups head Quarter in Billund, Denmark. Location wise TLA has got 4 main Hubs based in 4 main regions – AMS, EMEA, China & APAC.
Our LEGO Agency Asia, serves the Asian markets, covering both China and APAC markets. OLA Asia is focused on developing campaigns for the whole Asian region (with special focus on China) including regional occasion campaigns, amplifying global campaigns to fit the Asian region and localization of campaigns. Covering full value chain from campaign strategy to final in-store solutions.
The Associate Creative Director position will be placed in the LEGO Agency Asia China Hub.
**Do you have what it takes?**
+ Candidates should possess 10+ years of relevant experience with an integrated portfolio
+ Background in branding, art direction, digital execution and production with high level of technical craftsmanship.
+ Work independently, recognized subject matter expert, able to coach others, tasks are independently identified and defined.
+ Communicate directly with senior management, independently handling conflicts in negotiation.
+ May manage large projects or processes independently.
+ Able to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects at a time.
+ Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and also to lead and nurture juniors.
+ Self-motivated, disciplined, driven, strategic-minded and a great team player.
