Associate Creative Director, Art

Position Overview: 
This Associate Creative Director (ACD), Art will be responsible for leading and overseeing the design and development of marketing pieces across multiple accounts. This leadership role includes ensuring high-quality execution of creative projects, proper implementation of brand elements, managing direct reports, and inspiring exceptional concepts and final work. The ACD, Art will also work closely with the account management, and Program Excellence teams to ensure that our clients are satisfied with the quality of our creative work, the value of our services, and our responsiveness to their needs.

What It Takes:

Demonstrate to clients that you understand their products and marketing challenges and are responsive to the strategic and creative needs Manage heavy workloads to maximize productivity of the art team Help develop and review creative briefs that provide strategic insight and creative inspiration Leads creative teams in the execution of ideas to a high standard of creative excellence Work closely with ACD, Copy to produce standout and strategically focused concepts, campaigns, and tactics Manage and work independently, under tight deadlines, while juggling multiple projects Participate in client meetings Provide written and face-to-face feedback for annual performance reviews, as well as ongoing feedback throughout the year (written when requested) Identify and interview prospective creative candidates Lead the creative teams in development of concepts and execution of all projects Represent the agency at client meetings and social events as appropriate Responsible for growing existing brands and participating in new business to generate additional revenue

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising/Visual Communications, Graphic Design or related discipline preferred7-10 years of experience in marketing/advertising (pharmaceutical experience preferred)Exhibits sound judgment and decisive problem-solving abilityPharmaceutical experience Strong presentation skills Experience managing teams preferredComputer proficiency; solid knowledge of design programs Managerial and leadership skills

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $87,800.00 - $244,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
