The Role
The Role is responsible to provide coordinated service and placement activities that meet the client’s insurance and risk management needs. Responsible for ensuring relevant regulatory and technical standards are met. Leverages advanced skill set with construction and infrastructure insurance knowledge to design and consult with clients on insurance coverage and services; uses understanding of clients’ needs to expand business opportunities and further solidify client relationships. Ability to focus on delivering exceptional customer service while working in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision. Essential duties include but are not limited to:
Coordinate and assume ultimate responsibility for the comprehensive delivery of Willis Towers Watson’s service to the client and ensuring the integrity of said provision at all times. Provide service to existing construction/rail transportation clients, especially China outbound business. Ensuring that client engagement, contract formation and service delivery processes are fully compliant with Group policies across all territorial, legal and regulatory domains; Provide support to sales team in developing new domestic and China Global business opportunities. Support the team to achieve business budge; Handle assigned construction/operational account independently or under supervision; Proactively monitor and chase up age of account receivables in a timely and traceable manner to minimize bad debit risks; Control expenses and be mindful of budget; Ensure the accuracy of business forecasts with monthly actual revenue being consistent with data from internal systems; Follow the end-to-end insurance broker process to adequately meet internal policies and procedures; Complete other tasks as assigned by line manager.The Requirements
College degree or above, preferably majoring in Insurance, Law, Finance, International Trade, Economics or Risk Management At least 3 years+ industry experiences in property and casualty insurance company or insurance brokerage firm; The candidate must in good standing and on current role for at least 2 years; Experiences in handling large P&C clients and preferably construction projects; Good command of English language, in both writing and speaking; The candidate must have can-do attitude and eager to lean and grow with the company and the team. The candidate need to be able to work under pressure to meet assigned timelines; The candidate must demonstrate experience working in a team environment and being a active part of the team.Equal Opportunity Employer
