Associate Cost Accounting
Adecco is hiring immediately for a **Cost Accounting Associate** with a local client in **Fountain Valley, CA!** Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below! + **Pay:** $25.00 - $32.00/hr + **Shift/Hours:** _Onsite_ – Monday – Friday (regular business hours) **Responsibilities:** · Support duties such as setting up dealer flooring and/or maintaining dealer flooring notices, daily cash draft reconciliation, AR dealer billing validation. · Support duties such as setting up dealer flooring and/or maintaining dealer flooring notices, daily cash draft reconciliation. · Assist with KSOX and Audit requests. · Assist with intercompany tasks. · Interact and resolve employee/Regional/Finance Source inquiries and/or requests. · Validate billing dealer programs. · Cash Receipt application such as Auction Sales/Remarketing/Used Car Sales · Prepare monthly journal entries. · Assist with month-end duties ie. posting company car depreciation and dealer liability, preparing post month-end reports and account reconciliation schedules **Required Qualifications:** · Accounting Degree · 3-5 years’ experience in accounting/AR roles · Excel skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, problem solver · Experience with major ERP/SAP system, PDF/Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Sign, Salesforce, and M65 Teams/SharePoint Online experience. · Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with attorneys, clients, and other professionals. · Understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and court systems. · Accuracy in all tasks, particularly when handling legal documents and data. · Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise in the course of work. **Pay Details:** $25.00 to $32.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
