Please note that due to Department of Defense contract requirements, U.S. CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED.   Associate Contracts Analyst This Associate Contracts Analyst position is responsible for the accurate and timely processing  of customer purchase orders (POs) and associated paperwork. This role is crucial for ensuring  that POs are correctly entered into Oracle, which in turn impacts ordering materials, billing,  revenue recognition, and customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with federal or state  regulations and company policy.   Primary Responsibilities: Order and Contract Processing: Review and validate customer purchase orders and  related documentation for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies. Enter customer and contract data into the Oracle system with a high degree of accuracy  and within established service level agreements (SLAs). Ensure that all contract terms,  including pricing, payment schedules, special conditions, and renewal dates, are  correctly captured in the system. Process contract modifications, amendments, and  terminations as required. Compliance and Regulation: Ensure compliance with all company policies,  procedures, and legal requirements related to contract management. Stay up-to-date  with relevant federal and state regulations to ensure all processes adhere to legal  standards. Data Integrity and Maintenance: Perform regular audits of processed orders to ensure  data integrity and resolve any discrepancies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer  and contract records in the system. Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with the Program Management and  other applicable teams to clarify contract details and obtain missing information. Communicate with the Finance and the Contract Managers teams to address any  discrepancies or non-standard terms in contracts. Respond to internal and external  inquiries regarding order status, contract terms, and billing information in a professional  and timely manner. Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to the order entry and  contract processing workflow to increase efficiency and accuracy. Participate in testing  and implementation of new system functionalities or upgrades.   Basic Qualifications/ Experience Needed: Education: Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in order entry, contract administration, sales  operations, or a similar role. Previous experience with Oracle is highly desirable. Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Strong organizational  and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite  (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a  team.
