About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (except Engineering)0-1 year of experience in content operationsExcellent English written and verbal communication skillsMust have good typing and data entry skills with good computer literacy    Equipped at using MS Office tools such as Excel, Power Point and Word

It would be great if you also have -

Min 1 years of experience in content operationsAdvance MS office tools knowledge – ExcelSelf-starter with ability to multitask and prioritize across projects to meet deadlinesAttention to detail, results orientated, enthusiastic, determined to achieve and shows commitmentInterpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and with a team

What will you be doing in this role? 

Curate information such as author name and affiliation details from the peer reviewed articles.Draft documentation relating to organization master workflows and processes.Build up expertise in organizations and their constituent facts such that you can recommend policies and processes to ensure a high level of data quality and consistency.Connect datasets across Clarivate products and unleash new and powerful insights for our customers.Identification of process improvement opportunities and implementing required actionable by - identifying process gaps /wastes

About the Product

This is an exciting opportunity for graduates to join and be a part of the global team of the “Web of Science” product, which caters to innovators and researchers. As an Associate Content Analyst, you will work with the Scholarly Items content operations team for the WOS product. You will not only help curate the content for our product; but also make a big change to the customers life who thesis or research is dependent on the exciting articles and journals that are available in “Web of Science”.

About the Team   

We are a multi-talented & multi-cultural team of 80+ people who work in different functionalities but effectively contribute to the overall product. We are team with Senior Content Manager, Team Manager, Content Analyst, Sr. Analyst, Product Owner, Content Specialist and Quality Analyst.

Hours of Work  

45 working hours a week with flexible time between 09:00AM – 06:00PM (IST) and this is a permanent role
