Fresh graduates or those with 1–2 years of experience in content operations, publishing, or metadata curation are welcome.
Undergraduate degree from any discipline. (Preference for Computer Science, Basic Science, or Information Science backgrounds).
Strong attention to detail, analytical ability and research skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
Typing accuracy and comfort working with online tools, spreadsheets and metadata.
It Would Be Great If You Also Had...Familiarity with research publishing workflows, editorial processes, or academic metadata standards.
Prior experience in publishing, scholarly content, or database management.
Basic SQL knowledge or exposure to data querying tools.
Ability to work effectively under deadlines and adapt to changing editorial instructions.
What will you be doing in this role?In this role, you will be responsible for curating and correcting researcher profiles by validating authorship data across journals, affiliations, and publication history. You will review and clean bibliographic metadata such as article titles, journal names, editor details, and peer review history to ensure accuracy and completeness. Using SQL queries, you will extract and analyze data from internal databases to support curation decisions and identify anomalies. A key part of your work will involve validating AI-suggested authorship matches as part of a human-in-the-loop process to maintain high confidence levels. You will also troubleshoot and resolve profile-related customer issues through research and metadata investigation, while collaborating with internal platforms and dashboards to identify and fix duplicate or incomplete profiles. Throughout, you will adhere to editorial guidelines, maintain high quality standards, and meet productivity benchmarks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

You will be part of a content operations and curation team that ensures researcher profiles and metadata are accurate, complete, and high-quality. The team works closely with publishing platforms, editorial workflows, and technology tools to deliver reliable data to global users.
