PRIMARY FUNCTION: The primary function of the Premier Executive Administrator is to provide administrative support to the Operations team
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Atlas
-Creating work orders in Atlas
-Populating information into ATLAS for suppliers
-Maintaining data integrity for active & transition files - ATLAS revisions etc
MAP Owner
-APAC MAP owner, file allocation to Cartus Consultant
-Coverage for EMEA and Americas teams
Payment Request & Tracking
-Tracking of vendor payments (recurring and non-recurring) including lease payments,security deposits and customer payments
-Property lease and school deposit tracking
-Monitoring retrieval of security deposit – e.g. lease / school etc.
-Preparing & Maintaining payment spreadsheet, Payroll data reporting to client
-Audit vendor invoices, provide endorsement to local vendor partners
-Data validation on immigration support documentation, and responsibility for obtainingsignatures, issuing and in some circumstances drafting documentation
Others
-Prepare letters and templates as required
-Work file data integrity and control reports
-Report compilation for managers – team or client specific
-Scanning / Photocopying of documents (e.g. leases, invoices) for the team
-Any other duties in support for the team operations

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
-1-2 years’ related business experience in the customer service, call centre, relocation,destination services, immigration, moving services, real estate, Accounting firms-HRoutsourcing (expatriates’ payroll), hospitality (hotel concierge, airlines) or internationalindustry
-Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail – an ability to review data, detect andcorrect errors, take responsibility for data quality
-Strong Excel skills preferred
-Bachelor degree or equivalent experience essential.
-Bilingual and/or expatriate experience a plus
